Wooden tower supporting a chain hoist from which is attached an institutional wheel chair in which is a figure wrapped in polyethylene sheeting and chained to the chair. Surrounding the perimeter are eight window frames raised up on on wooden supports. Installed at Christ and St. Stephen’s Church, New York, New York, 1981
